1. Overview
At TIKBAND, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your watch band, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item was received within 30 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is returned with original packaging and accessories
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or personalized watch bands
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

- Item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Item is lost in transit
✔ Partial Refund
- Item returned with minor signs of use
- Missing original packaging or accessories

- Personalized/custom orders (unless defective)
- Returns requested after 30 days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at: support@tikband.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back to the provided address
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size (e.g., incompatible watch model)
- Defective or damaged items
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After 12 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
- Contact your bank
